Simply trying to learn a craft through on-the-job training makes it extremely difficult to achieve success and mastery, so MCTI aims to fill that gap. You’ll have the opportunity to gain knowledge in a classroom setting structured to provide hands-on learning and application. Additionally, if you are a member of the apprenticeship program, the knowledge you learn will be applied immediately in the field.
